Text King is for consent-based business messaging. Customers must collect and keep evidence of opt-in before sending SMS or MMS. Purchased credits do not guarantee approval for every use case.

Consent Collection

Senders must collect opt-in through a clear website form, booking flow, checkout flow, signed intake form, or other auditable consent process. The opt-in disclosure must identify the sender or program, describe the message type, state that message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply, link to privacy and terms, and explain that recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Allowed Messages

Appointment reminders, account alerts, operational notifications, customer support, internal team alerts, review requests, and promotional messages to subscribers who gave clear prior consent.

Prohibited Messages

Cold outreach, purchased lists, lead generation without consent, scams, harassment, emergency or life-safety alerts, illegal content, SHAFT content, and messages that hide the sender identity.

Opt-Out Handling

Recipients can revoke consent by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or REVOKE. Text King stores opt-outs and blocks future sends to that recipient for the relevant account.
