SMS Consent and Opt-In Flow
Text King is operated by Trendy Analysis Software Corp. Text King provides a prepaid SMS API for approved business senders that need low-volume operational messages such as appointment reminders, order updates, account alerts, and customer support follow-ups.
How Senders Are Approved
New API keys start in review. Before live sends are enabled, Text King reviews the business identity, message purpose, sample message content, website or intake flow, and recipient opt-in evidence. Text King rejects cold outreach, purchased lists, lead generation without consent, concealed sender identity, and prohibited content.
How Recipients Opt In
Recipients opt in before receiving Text King-powered SMS by giving their mobile number to the sending business through a website form, booking form, checkout flow, signed intake form, or SMS keyword flow. Each opt-in path must identify the sending business, describe the message purpose, link to terms and privacy information, disclose message frequency, state that message and data rates may apply, and explain HELP and STOP replies.

Opt-Out and Help
Recipients can reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or REVOKE to stop future messages. Recipients can reply HELP or INFO for support. Message frequency varies by the sender and recipient request, and message and data rates may apply.
