Text King processes phone numbers, message content, delivery status, opt-out requests, account email addresses, and billing metadata to provide SMS delivery and account support. We do not sell phone numbers or message content.

SMS Consent

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and text messaging consent are used only to provide the requested messaging service, prevent abuse, and honor opt-outs. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of that campaign. We may share personal data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, with service providers that help deliver the messaging service. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Service Providers

We use Stripe for payments, Twilio or Telnyx for SMS delivery, and a managed Postgres database for service records. Those providers process data as needed to complete payment and delivery.

Retention

We retain account, credit, delivery, and opt-out records for operational, compliance, and anti-abuse purposes while an account is active and as required to resolve disputes.
